PPi Technologies GROUP is the banner name for its three companies: Pouch Global Sales (PGS); Redi-2-DrinQ Group LLC (R2D) and Penta 5usa LLC (P5).

PGS has two divisions: PROFILE Packaging Inc. and PakSource Global LLC.
PROFILE Packaging Inc. sells the following machinery brands: SN Machinery (from Germany); NISHIBE (from Japan); Radpak (from Poland); Futurapack (out of Italy) and Visio TT (out of Turkey).
SN Machinery manufactures a range of high-speed, horizontal, pouch form-fill-seal machinery.
NISHIBE manufactures high speed pouch making machinery.
Radpak manufactures end-of-line case erecting, filling and sealing machinery as well as vertical form-fill-seal machinery.
Futurapack manufactures robotic end-of-line case packing machinery.
Visio TT manufacture a range of pharmaceutical checkweighing and aggregation machinery for track and trace.

PakSource Global LLC sells the following machinery brands: PSG LEE (from South Korea); PSG ACE (from South Africa); PSG MINI PMP (from India); PSG SUNG (from South Korea); Valmatic (from Italy); TGM (from Italy); Ultrasonics (from Germany and Switzerland); SOMA (from South Korea); Mentpack (from Turkey); PSG NOW (from South Korea) and PSG X-Ray (from South Korea).
PSG LEE manufactures a range of premade, horizontal, pouch fill-seal machinery.
PSG ACE manufactures a range of premade, horizontal, pouch fill-cap machinery.
PSG MINI PMP manufactures entry-level, premade, horizontal pouch fill-seal machinery and PSG PBT (pouch burst tester) for checking pouch seal integrity offline.
PSG SUNG manufactures a range of thermoform tray sealers as well as flow wrappers.
Valmatic manufactures a range premade, horizontal VialPaQ fill-seal machinery and horizontal, VialPaQ form-fill-seal machinery.
TGM manufactures a range of premade, horizontal TubePaQ fill-seal machinery.
Ultrasonic sealing modules are used on our pouch machinery depending on product requirements.
SOMA manufactures a range of stickpack and sachet form-fill-seal machinery for the food and beverage industries.
Mentpack manufactures a range of stickpack and sachet form-fill-seal machinery for the pharmaceutical industry.
PSG NOW manufactures a range of metal detectors and checkweighers as well as combination models.
PSG X-Ray manufactures a range of x-ray inspection equipment for the food industry, bulk and package inspection.

R2D has three divisions: ShotPaQ LLC, VinoPaQ LLC and BeerPaQ LLC.
ShotPaQ LLC sells a range of Redi-2-DrinQ Shotpak® Cocktails, in a 10-Pouch PartyPaQ, and 5 STR8UP® Spirits in a 10-Pouch GlobalPaQ; and 7 different PortaShot™ spirits from South Africa.
VinoPaQ LLC sells a range of De Moravia™ and Zambezi wines from South Africa.
BeerPaQ LLC sells a range of empty CarboPouches to the Craft Brewery industry.

P5 has 5 divisions: MosquitoPaQ LLC, DnR LLC, BevPaQ LLC, FlexPaQ LLC and Redi-2-PaQ Home Products LLC.
MosquitoPaQ LLC manufactures and sells a wide range of safe, DEET-free insect repellent products for humans and animals.
DnR LLC manufactures a range of FDA, like hand sanitizer and soap, and other products that are safe for humans.
BevPaQ LLC sells a range of Chilling Rocks natural spring water and 10acity® hydrogen infused natural spring waters.
FlexPaQ LLC buys and sells a range of sustainable packaging materials that promote the S.E.C.A.M.P. program.
Redi-2-PaQ Home Products LLC offers contract packing services to its sister companies and outside companies. It packs malt, liquor and wine beverages under license from ShotPaQ LLC.
 

PPi Technologies Group prioritizes sustainability through its S.E.C.A.M.P. (Sustainable, Environmental, Conscious, Approach to Machinery and Packaging) program. The company has tested over 100 biodegradable films to ensure compatibility with its machinery. Equipment is designed with stainless steel to eliminate the need for paint, reduce electrical power consumption, and minimize compressed air usage. Additionally, PPi Technologies highlights the efficiency of flexible packaging, noting that one truckload of flexible packaging replaces eight truckloads of rigid packaging, significantly reducing fuel consumption and emissions. Recycled materials, such as paper and PE, are also integrated into new packaging designs.
